Jim Reagan leaving Ogdensburg Journal

Is this “news”  for the Inbox? Or  “community” for All In?

I can’t say. I’m that close to speechless. The Watertown Daily Times reported this morning that long-long-time Ogdensburg Journal chief Jim Reagan is leaving the news business to become new state Senator Patty Ritchie’s communications director.

Jim is a fixture in  border country journalism. He’s been in Ogdensburg as long as I’ve been here in Canton, and that’s a long-long-time!

    Hey Jim, long time ago you used to be in the boy scouts with us. Joe Mark and I where there with you. Good luck as Communicator for Patty Ritchie. I have some old photos of us in scouts if you’re interested. drop me a line and I’ll scan them for you…Scott Murray now in Watertown.
