From Texas with love

Received a lovely email home from long-time north country resident and station friend, Dick Mooers, who now winters in Port Aranas, Texas. He writes:

“Every time I walk the beach at Port Aransas, Texas, I pass a couple of rest rooms provided by Nueces County Parks and Recreation, or NCPR, and see this trash barrel.”

Anyone else see our initials in unusual places?
