Fracking is a word that’s achieved common usage …one of those terms that no one knew a few years ago and now is fraught with significance for many, particularly in natural gas drilling regions, like the southern tier of NYS and Pennsylvania. We’ve been following the story at the regional level, including this piece from last December.
This link came to me from AIR, the independent media producers organization. I’d say it’s largely anti-fracking…anyone want to take up the pro-fracking case? Or send me a link to something that I can share? This video, by “the explainers,” makes its point very effectively:
All In is a place for everyone who works at NCPR to share behind the scenes activity, and surprising, curious, lovely or distinctly local tidbits from our travels around the region. We’ll post the best of what we find online, too. From time to time, you may hear from others—if you’d like to write an entry, send it to [email protected]. What makes this place what it is? How do we connect to each other and the world? That’s what ALL IN is all about.
Great video; great beat.
