I love it! But somehow, I can’t quite see Todd giving a forecast quite like this (although you never know – April 1 is not that far away!)
David Lynch (the director of very strange films) used to do a daily weather report that was the polar opposite of this one– totally bereft of color, and completely dry in delivery.
