(Bill Haenel, our web developer genius, says snappy headlines encourage people to actually read blog entries.)<\/p>\n<p>But, there is a kernel of truth in those words. AIRblast, the publication of the Association of Independents in Radio, just published <a href=\"http:\/\/www.airmedia.org\/backoffice\/PageInfo.php?CatID=5&amp;PageID=659\">my manifesto<\/a> about bringing the next generation of public media (radio, tv, digital) professionals into stations across the country.<\/p>\n<p>PS: The handsome wooly fellow in the picture is Bo. I think of him as Bo Diddley; my husband thinks his name is Beau, as in Beauregard. Either way, he&#8217;s as lovable as a Rambouillet ram can be.
