Usher out the old year and bring in the new with North Country Public Radio. Here is a line-up of special programs to take you through New Year’s Eve and on through the first day of 2016<\/p>\n

New Year’s Eve and through the night<\/strong><\/h3>\n

3-5 pm: String Fever<\/em> on the Road. <\/strong>Host Barb Heller will bring you the show live from Ampersound Music in Saranac Lake.<\/p>\n

7-8 pm: The Capitol Steps<\/em>-Politics Takes a Holiday<\/strong>. Their annual political year in review in satire and song.<\/p>\n

8 pm to 1 am: New Year’s Eve<\/em> Party on the Radio<\/em><\/strong>. Radio Bob Sauter and Ellen Rocco share favorite party tunes–rock & roll, blues and more. 1-3 am: Beat Authority<\/em> Grooves Edition<\/strong>. Host David Sommerstein continues the music with great grooves to welcome the new year.<\/p>\n

3-5 am: Jazz at the Ten Spot<\/em> Goes Smooth<\/strong>. Our shy guy, Guy Berard, plays smooth jazz* for the early morning hours.<\/p>\n
