Last Saturday morning Bob and I were in the kitchen, listening to the final episode of The Best of Car Talk<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

New program Hidden Brain<\/em> at 11 am<\/h3>\n

And we\u2019re thrilled to introduce NPR\u2019s new Hidden Brain<\/strong>, <\/em>hosted by the very smart and funny Shankar Vedantam. As host of the Hidden Brain podcast and regular contributor to Morning Edition, this guy is already wildly popular. Now we get a whole hour with him each Saturday. Using science and storytelling, the show helps curious people understand the world \u2013 and themselves. For more than a decade, Shankar Vedantam has studied what we know about the mind and social sciences. Before joining NPR, he spent 10 years as a reporter at The Washington Post.<\/p>\n
