But when the tools are used well, there is an opportunity to overcome barriers between people.<\/p>\n<p>When we&#8217;re doing our best work at NCPR we find ways to make all these fancy tools work in more than one direction: we draw on the talent and imagination of people across the region, we respond and interact. It&#8217;s hard to say thank you enough times. &#8220;Thank you&#8221;\u00a0 feels a bit inadequate because NCPR exists, thrives, grows and shines\u00a0 only when you are there, huddled with us around the radio.
