The Watertown Daily Times reported<\/a> this morning that long-long-time Ogdensburg Journal<\/a> chief Jim Reagan is leaving the news business to become new state Senator Patty Ritchie’s communications director.<\/p>\n Jim is a fixture in\u00a0 border country journalism.
