Today, I let a columnist in Salon.com do the same for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.salon.com\/life\/st_patricks_day\/index.html?story=\/mwt\/feature\/2011\/03\/16\/i_hate_st_patrick_s_day_open2011&amp;source=newsletter&amp;utm_source=contactology&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=Salon_Daily%2520Newsletter%2520%2528Not%2520Premium%2529_7_30_110\">St. Patrick&#8217;s Day<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s one of my favorite Irish musicians, Van Morrison, teamed up with one of my favorite American musicians, Ray Charles, in a great version of Morrison&#8217;s <em>Crazy Love<\/em>. My way of tipping my hat to all that the Irish have contributed to American life.
