It&#8217;s worth a read. Of course, Steve has a stake in upholding the reputation of NPR and public radio&#8211;as do I! But, I think he gets at the heart of what matters to those of us working the job of public media day in and day out: we care about the work, and we want to do it as well as we possibly can. For you. It doesn&#8217;t work if it doesn&#8217;t work for you.<\/p>\n<p>By the way, program director Jackie Sauter and I have been talking about bringing the program On the Media into our regular schedule.
