As expected, Gov. Paterson has set Nov. 3 — the date of the general election — as the date for the special election to fill John McHugh’s seat in Congress. The Associated Press reported the announcement early this afternoon.
Republican Dede Scozzafava’s campaign is first to comment:<\/p>\n
