Ryan Delany will have more details before morning.<\/p>\n<p>And here\u2019s a follow up on the mysterious forces working against New York\u2019s education commissioner John King. (To bring you up to speed: King cancelled upcoming forums about the controversial Common Core curriculum because, as he said in a statement, last week\u2019s meeting was \u201cco-opted by special interests whose stated goal is to \u2018dominate\u2019 the questions and manipulate the forum.\u201d) King wouldn&#8217;t identify those special interests, but <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.timesunion.com\/capitol\/archives\/196945\/king-google-to-learn-who-i-view-as-special-interests\/\">Capitol Confidential<\/a> did: it appears he was referring to teachers and parents.<\/p>\n<p>The hosts of various ATV events have told participants that their entry fees will benefit the Lewis County trail fund. But those who oversee the fund haven\u2019t seen any of the money.
