Rain. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.watertowndailytimes.com\/article\/20131018\/NEWS07\/710189859\">It sounds like Duve was on the defensive.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A pesticide truck rolled over in Johnsburg Tuesday, spilling a small amount of insecticide powder. A Department of Environmental Conservation spills response team has determined that <a href=\"http:\/\/poststar.com\/news\/local\/dec-pesticide-spill-was-minor\/article_c0e52f30-3760-11e3-814f-001a4bcf887a.html\">the rollover<\/a> will have minimal environmental impact.\u00a0The driver was not seriously hurt.<\/p>\n<p>Some Potsdam businesses have been finding\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/northcountrynow.com\/news\/counterfeit-money-reportedly-being-passed-potsdam-businesses-098468\">counterfeit $10 and $20 bills<\/a>\u00a0in their cash registers.<\/p>\n<p>Town officials in Fine say <a href=\"http:\/\/northernny.ynn.com\/content\/news\/watertownnorth_country\/701031\/boil-water-advisory-results-from-larger-problem\/\">boil water advisories<\/a> happen much too frequently there. \u00a0They say the Star Lake Water District&#8217;s\u00a0piping and filtration systems desperately need an upgrade. But that might not happen until 2015.
