RAIN (REP, CON, IND): 9,808 votes, 51.80%<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Nicole M. Duv\u00e9 (DEM, WOR): 9,113 votes, 48.13%<\/p>\n<p>(*Note: Duv\u00e9 is not conceding defeat pending count of absentee ballots.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Washington County District Attorney<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TONY JORDAN (R\/C\/I): 7,707 votes, 68.07%<\/p>\n<p>Kevin Kotright (D): 3,615 votes, 31.93%<\/p>\n<p><strong>Watertown City Council<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">STEPHEN A. JENNINGS: 1,378 votes, 26.30%<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">TERESA R. MACALUSO: 1,646 votes, 31.41%<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cody J. Horbacz: 1,106 votes, 21.11%<\/p>\n<p>Jeffrey M. Smith: 1,091 votes, 20.82%<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plattsburgh Mayor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">JIM CALNON (I): 1,816 votes, 46%<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Christopher L. Rosenquest (PRP): 1,372 votes, 34%<\/p>\n<p>Marc C. Tiffer (D): 794 votes, 20%<\/p>\n<p><strong>Canton Village Mayor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MARY ANN ASHLEY (D): 628 votes, 68.48%<\/span><\/p>\n<p>David Curry (R): 289 votes, 31.52%<\/p>\n<p><b>Canton Trustees\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CAROL PYNCHON (D): 519 votes, 29.51%<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MICHAEL E.
