Drum lowest suicide rate in Army"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s tragic news when even one soldier takes her\/his own life, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.watertowndailytimes.com\/article\/20091208\/NEWS03\/312089960\/-1\/news\">as may have been the case<\/a> in last week&#8217;s death of Private Tam Nguyen in the barracks at Fort Drum.<\/p>\n<p>But <a href=\"http:\/\/pn.psychiatryonline.org\/content\/44\/23\/1.1.full\">according to the Journal of the American Psychiatric Association<\/a>, Fort Drum has the lowest level of suicide rate of any Army base in the country.
