NCPR file photo: Joanna Richards<\/p><\/div>\n<p>A funding program to help people who&#8217;ve been out of work for more than 26 weeks has half a million dollars still available in training grants. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.governor.ny.gov\/press\/12302013-worker-training-grants\">A press release from Gov.
