COO Herbert Becker told the Watertown Daily Times, &#8220;the economic depression of New York continues to impact us.&#8221;  The store had been open since 2004.<\/p>\n<p>2009 was a brutal year for Hacketts and its parent company, Seawa Valley Capital Corp.  Stores in Hamilton, Pulaski, Massena, Gouverneur, Potsdam, Canton, and now Tupper Lake were closed.
