The Watertown Daily Times has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.watertowndailytimes.com\/article\/20100318\/NEWS02\/303189952\/-1\/NEWS\">this<\/a> from Owens this morning.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Mr. Owens remained steadfast in his neutrality, saying Wednesday afternoon that he would take no position until reading the bill, which leaders signaled could be released late Wednesday or today.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The paper goes on to note that Owens hasn&#8217;t had a face-to-face with the president, though.<\/p>\n<p>Owens voted for the House&#8217;s own health care reform bill &#8212; which came up just after he won his seat in last fall&#8217;s special election.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Add the 23rd CD&#8217;s Bill Owens to the key Democratic votes on health care reform.
