This morning, he told me he was out in a boat yesterday with a scientist he&#8217;d met in Alaska, while he was covering what USED to be the worst oil spill in our history &#8212; the Exxon-Valdez, in Prince William Sound. They were in the middle of a slick, watching dolphins swimming in oil. Not a pretty picture.<\/p>\n<p>Brian&#8217;s already had several stories on NPR in the last three days, and you&#8217;ll hear lots more. He&#8217;s actually working exclusively for NPR for two weeks; that&#8217;s why there&#8217;s no mention of\u00a0 North Country Public Radio when his stories come on the air. Usually, when one of our reporters files a story for the network, the story originates here, and is produced for us first, then NPR, so NCPR gets a mention.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll talk with Brian tomorrow during the 8 O&#8217;clock Hour.
