It depicted Obama with a gun sight over his head and the caption, \u201cChange is in Sight.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ouch. According to Bartlett, the Secret Service is reportedly investigating and has sent an agent to campus.<\/p>\n<p>The article didn&#8217;t name the student, but said that his Facebook site had received &#8220;hate mail&#8221; after posting the cartoon.
