People came to the Senate chambers.\u00a0 Pete Seeger sang, &#8220;When &#8216;drill, baby, drill&#8217; turns to &#8216;spill, baby, spill&#8217;\/God&#8217;s countin&#8217;  on me.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re asking for an 11-month moratorium on use of the controversial process in New York State.\u00a0 (Karen DeWitt <a href=\"http:\/\/www.northcountrypublicradio.org\/news\/story\/16005\/hydro-fracking-opponents-bring-big-guns-to-lobby-for-a-ny-moratorium\" target=\"_self\">reports<\/a> on it for NCPR today, too.)<\/p>\n<p>As in any reporting on the legislature in Albany, there is a section on what the bill&#8217;s chances for passage by the lawmakers, who are still home, or wherever, on break.
