NWS meteorologist Chuck McGill says conditions no longer favor the creation of funnel clouds or tornadoes.<\/p>\n<p>He also said his office in Burlington hasn&#8217;t received any word of a tornado or wind damage from anywhere in the northern New York\/Vermont region.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A strong storm system is moving across northern New York and Vermont this afternoon.
