Arrived in my email box at 4:45pm.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Doug Hoffman said, &#8220;Yesterday was the culmination of a long and hard fought primary. Matt Doheny ran a spirited race and should be commended for his efforts. I also want to thank my supporters for their effort and their resolute belief in the conservative principles I stand for.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is still a fluid race. Thousands of absentee and military ballots remain to be counted.
