So how can you vote for the Democrat?<\/p>\n<p>Republicans flushed the economy down the toilet.\u00a0How do you vote for them?<\/p>\n<p>And both parties seem intent on giving corporations every advantage over the little guy. So how do you choose?<\/p>\n<p>In his <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.northcountrypublicradio.org\/inbox\/2010\/09\/16\/post-primary-prediction-democrats-will-salvage-majority-in-the-house\/\" target=\"_blank\">post-primary prediction<\/a>, Brian Mann aggregated some polling data to support his contention that Democrats would hold on to their majority in the House.<\/p>\n<p>I think Republicans will take the majority, for two reasons:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Right will vote, in big numbers. They already proved their enthusiasm in primaries&#8211;including New York&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The people vital to maintaining Democrats&#8217; majority in the House are independent voters who lean left. And these people are less likely to vote.<\/p>\n<p>Why would they?<\/p>\n<p>I think this question is crucial&#8211;much more important than the responses &#8220;likely voters&#8221; give pollsters.<\/p>\n<p>These are the two questions I think should be asked. And I&#8217;m hoping you In Box readers and contributors will respond:<\/p>\n<p>1) What will make you go vote?
