Jean-Pierre prepped his dinner jacket,  bow-tie and cummerbund. Perhaps you are wondering what sort of  wilderness destination calls for fancy dress?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It&#8217;s not to everyone&#8217;s taste, but a weekend on &#8220;the other side&#8221; of the Adirondacks wouldn&#8217;t exactly stink, right?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Life here is a round of amuses-bouches, spit-roasted barbecues,  pleasurable picnics, decadent lunches and gastronomic dinners.
