He&#8217;s talked with volunteers and officials, and he and Kary Johnson have taken some of the most dramatic photographs we&#8217;ve seen.<\/p>\n<p>This post in his <a href=\"http:\/\/savethecarbon.blogspot.com\/2011\/09\/weather-of-2011-waste-or-wake-up-call.html\">Save the Carbon<\/a> blog asks the question: &#8220;The Weather of 2011: waste or wake-up call?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Yes, it takes us back to extreme flooding this spring, and to extreme rainfall records going back to 1900.
