Well, not that slow.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2009\/02\/18\/washington\/18web-troops.html?_r=1\">Obama announced yesterday<\/a> he will send an additional 17,000 troops to Afghanistan to join Fort Drum&#8217;s 3rd BCT.
