{"id":5073,"date":"2011-11-15T09:58:33","date_gmt":"2011-11-15T14:58:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.northcountrypublicradio.org\/inbox\/?p=5073"},"modified":"2011-11-16T09:58:02","modified_gmt":"2011-11-16T14:58:02","slug":"siena-poll-obama-cuomo-running-strong-in-new-york-state","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.northcountrypublicradio.org\/inbox\/2011\/11\/15\/siena-poll-obama-cuomo-running-strong-in-new-york-state\/","title":{"rendered":"Siena Poll:  Obama, Cuomo running strong in New York state"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>President Barack Obama is under fire from all sides these days, blasted by\u00a0 liberals for being too milk-toasty and scorned by conservatives for being, well, too liberal.<\/p>\n<p>But a new Siena poll issued today shows Mr. Obama beating &#8220;all Republicans by 25-37 points&#8221; in the Empire State.<\/p>\n<p>The poll also has a lot of good news for New York Democrats, with Senator Kirsten Gillibrand looking strong and Governor Andrew Cuomo pulling a 72% approval rating &#8212; with 62% of Republicans giving him favorable marks.<\/p>\n<p>(Not surprisingly, Gov.
