Now the Glens Falls Post-Star <a href=\"http:\/\/poststar.com\/articles\/2009\/03\/24\/news\/local\/doc49c959b6a0328713125365.txt\">is laying off eleven employees<\/a>, including members of the editorial staff. <\/p>\n<p>Publisher Rick Emanuel was quoted by the paper hoping for better times ahead:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We hope that the tourist season, along with the glimmer of hope that\u2019s being seen in the stock market, will speed the recovery process.
