Photo: <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/File:Blackpool_Border_Crossing.JPG\">Atilin<\/a>, CC some rights reserved<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The Canadian portion of an important regional border crossing is slated for improvments over the next 3 years.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">As detailed by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Champlain-St._Bernard_de_Lacolle_Border_Crossing\">Wikipedia<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Champlain-St. Bernard de Lacolle<\/strong>\u00a0connects\u00a0<a title=\"Champlain (village), New York\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Champlain_(village),_New_York\">Champlain<\/a>,\u00a0<a title=\"New York\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/New_York\">New York<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a title=\"Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle, Quebec\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle,_Quebec\">St-Bernard-de-Lacolle<\/a>,<a title=\"Quebec\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Quebec\">Quebec<\/a>\u00a0and is the terminus of\u00a0<a title=\"Interstate 87\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Interstate_87\">Interstate 87<\/a>\u00a0in the U.S. and\u00a0<a title=\"Quebec Autoroute 15\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Quebec_Autoroute_15\">Autoroute 15<\/a>\u00a0in Canada. This route is the primary corridor between\u00a0<a title=\"Montreal\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Montreal\">Montreal<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a title=\"New York City\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/New_York_City\">New York City<\/a>. It is the second-busiest US-Canada border crossing that is not located at a bridge.
