Photo: Bob Sauter<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Update, 1:35: The Human Services Center is closed for the rest of the day today; it&#8217;ll reopen Thursday as usual.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>We just received a press release from St. Lawrence County that the Human Services Center, on State Highway 310 in Canton, has been evacuated after a &#8220;suspicious looking bag&#8221; was found at the DMV. The bomb squad was called and were expected to arrive just about now. Police were on the scene. The county has sent all the workers in the building home for the day, so it seems unlikely that the building will be open again today.
