Here&#8217;s a first salvo, in the <a href=\"http:\/\/thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com\/2009\/05\/26\/obama-makes-decision-on-supreme-court-nominee\/?hp\">New York Times<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cJudge Sotomayor is a liberal judicial activist of the first order who thinks her own personal political agenda is more important than the law as written,\u201d said Wendy E.
