A spokesman for McHugh said there was a concern that the debate could get &#8220;unruly.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Freelance reporter Jacob Resneck, from Saranac Lake, is now confirming that McHugh has agreed &#8220;in principle&#8221; to three debates. <\/p>\n<p>Oot, an attorney, is little-known in the North Country and comes from Madison County.
