You think we have all those repeaters and antennas to spread NCPR&#8217;s bluegrass?<\/p>\n<p>Oh, no.<\/p>\n<p>If you shuffle our call-letters around, and change them, you get&#8230;CIA.<\/p>\n<p>North Country Public Radio is an anagram for Bob&#8217;s Black Ops Servicey.  (Being the CIA, they couldn&#8217;t figure out what to do with that extra Y.)<\/p>\n<p>Update:  Martha points that Radio Bob is also apparently infiltrating the Church of England.
