We&#8217;ve had two more kids die on 4-wheelers Upstate in the last week, young twins in Shaghticoke.  From the A<a href=\"http:\/\/www.timesunion.com\/AspStories\/story.asp?storyID=812722\">lbany Times-Union<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8216;This is every parent&#8217;s worst nightmare,&#8221; said Mechanicville Mayor Anthony J. Sylvester, who knew the twins&#8217; father from his work in the city. &#8221;And to lose two kids at once, and twins at that. Just horrible.&#8217;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The State Police are also reporting that a 48-year-old man died on Sunday in the North Country town of Louisville.
