They sky went dark grey, now it&#8217;s strangely yellow, and the cat&#8217;s freaked out. A real summer storm!<\/p>\n<p>The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Chittenden, Addison and Franklin counties in Vermont and Essex County in New York.
