The Senate Armed Services committee has confirmed McHugh on a voice vote, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.watertowndailytimes.com\/article\/20090804\/NEWS09\/908049985\">reports the Watertown Daily Times<\/a>.  The next (and last step) is a floor vote before the whole Senate.  That should be little more than a formality.<\/p>\n<p>Then Gov.
