Check it out <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billowensforcongress.com\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Conservative Doug Hoffman from Lake Placid is up big and up early with a 3-dimensional website, with video, pictures, and lots of information about his positions.<\/p>\n<p>View his website <a href=\"http:\/\/doughoffmanforcongress.com\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Assemblywoman Dede Scozzafava from Gouverneur, the Republican nominee who beat out Hoffman for the GOP nod, i<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dedeforcongress.com\/press.html\">s up, too<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But despite the fact that she&#8217;s been in the race longest, her site is far more rudimentary.  No pictures, no video.  The most active page seems to be her news release page.<\/p>\n<p>Bill Owens, the Democrat, is the newest arrival in the 23d race &#8212; and brand new to politics.  So far, he has no web presence at all that we can find.<\/p>\n<p>These are early days, of course.  There&#8217;s no official election to be campaigning for.
