Going On

I do love being right.

(It happens so rarely.)

Here then is an Indiana cornfield at 71 mph (it’s hard to make out the exact hue of pale yellow and silvery brown, but, trust me, it is as I imagined and described – you can see it a little better by clicking on the image below and enlarging it):

One other note: Bob Evans (the “Down On The Farm” chain of restaurants) now serves cappuccino and has free WiFi. The biscuits are unchanged and mighty good slathered with butter and covered in honey.

Speaking of honey: waitresses have started calling me that. I like it. But I think they know this.

    Ah, Jonathan, you’re gone; and we hardly knew ye! Only after you found your voice and became one of us did we truely appreciated the place you had made for yourself in our in our lives. And now, with each remembered mile, we miss you more.
