Lots of changes and some new faces on staff at NCPR this fall.

Sarah Harris, who most recently has been a part-time reporter for us in the Champlain Valley, has moved to Canton and is now working as a full-time, general assignment reporter with our news department.

Tasha Haverty, who has been a part-time associate producer on the Prison Time project, will be moving into a special one-year full-time appointment as a general assignment reporter with our news department.

Zach Hirsch has just joined our team as a news and digital producer apprentice and will move later this year to Burlington to cover the Champlain Valley beat.

Jon Sklaroff joined us earlier this year as our traffic manager and development assistant. It’s his friendly voice you hear when you call the station.

Welcome to all. Fast forward 10 or 15 years and I hope some of  you will still be working with us–or at least in the public media industry.
