We’ll have more details on this very soon…but a quick warning from Amy Ivy at the Clinton and Essex County Extension office in this morning’s gardening chat: don’t can tomatoes with late blight lesions, not even the healthy looking pieces. The blight lowers the ph (acidity) of the contents of the jar, and that can allow botulism to grow.
