Scozzafava campaign running low on cash?

Politico.com is asking whether Dede Scozzafava–the Republican candidate in the North Country’s special election to replace John McHugh in Congress–has enough money to wage a winning campaign.

Writer Josh Kraushaar cites GOP sources who say she’s unable to “…compete financially with her two opponents.”
