Republicans scored some big wins in congressional races on Election Day, the 20th CD among them. They got hammered in the statewide races, led by the Carl Paladino candidacy. And the results aren’t yet in on three key state Senate races that could give the GOP back the majority it held for…over 40 years … in that chamber.
Tomorrow morning, Albany reporter Karen DeWitt weighs the good and the bad to look at the party’s future in New York.
Brian Mann was on the scene playing recording engineer, holding the mic when NPR recorded Melissa Block’s interview with Kristine Kimball (author of The Dirty Life) at Essex Farm late last week. We’ll feature that interview, and Brian’s postcard from the day at the farm tomorrow, too.
