More Canal fun: Wilbur Sargunaraj video

I know. Wilbur Sargunaraj who? I never heard of him either. But he is reportedly one of India’s first YouTube stars.

He’s making headlines in Ottawa after coming here to do a humorous video on the Rideau Canal Skateway.
