The second independent poll of the NY-23 race hits the streets tomorrow.
This survey appears at a time when several major national political journals are saying that Republican Dede Scozzafava’s campaign is struggling — short on cash and struggling to connect with rank-and-file GOP voters.
We’ll talk with Scozzafava’s spokesman, Matt Burns, tomorrow during the 8 O’clock Hour. But Siena’s numbers will give a much clearer picture (obviously) of where things stand.
This poll couldn’t be more important for Scozzafava. She needs proof that she’s running strong in this race, to quiet the gossip and boost fundraising.
