Sunday’s vote will certainly resonate in the North Country, at least through November when voters will get a chance to weigh in.

The Northeast — with the exception of Mike Arcuri and a couple of New York Republicans — voted Yes on healthcare reform.
There were also big clusters of Yes votes in southern Texas, the Great Lakes, the Southwest, and out on the West Coast.
But in the Midwest, the South, and the Rocky Mountain West, it was a resounding, bipartisan No.
