One senator on same sex marriage

The state Senate is apparently in session, all set, perhaps, to take action, perhaps, on a bill to legalize same gender marriage. A similar bill already has Assembly approval, and Gov. Paterson is itching to sign.

Update: OK…while I was writing, the Senate voted the bill down, 38-24.
