Jude Seymour has a post in the Watertown Daily Times suggesting that Doug Hoffman or Matt Doheny might need to garner 54% of the ballot today to settle the primary.
Otherwise, we might have to wait for the absentee ballots to be tallied — a total number that could top 2,000 votes. (Essex County still hasn’t counted the number of absentees returned, so an exact number is unclear.)
