Owens statement on floods

This from the office of Rep. Bill Owens (D-Plattsburgh).

I am deeply concerned about the impact this week’s flooding has had on homes, businesses and family farms in the north country. I would like to thank Governor Cuomo for his assistance during this time and I appreciate the support we are receiving from his office.

We have been in regular contact with local elected officials and community leaders in the counties affected by these floods to ensure that we are doing all we can to return their communities to working order once again.
